General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Re: Menu Item Alias Returns 404

Couple things:

-is the alias unique and not used by another menu item or content item?
-try setting SEF ReWrite to true and see if it helps
-the .htaccess file (which you currently don't have) is crucial for handling SEF URLs in Joomla, especially when SEF Rewriting is enabled.
